Due to the summer’s increased heat and humidity, there may be some excessive sweating. Therefore, it’s crucial to be and remain extremely hydrated. The strongest supporter is cold water.

One word: exfoliate. Routine exfoliation in the shower will definitely help prepare your skin for the best possible hydration in the form of toners, moisturizers, and lotions. By clearing and throwing away dead skin cells and opening your pores will make your skin glow brighter than the sun.

Because the skin needs to take a deep breath, wear as minimal makeup as possible instead when it’s extremely hot and humid outside because these formulations are light and anti-inflammatory, which is no bueno for the skin.
